Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RegulatoryIQ website (regulatoryiq.ai) and purchase of our digital products and services. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Products and Services
RegulatoryIQ sells digital compliance templates and assessment toolkits delivered as downloadable files (Excel and Word formats), and provides AI-powered gap analysis services that produce regulatory assessment reports. Our products are professional tools designed to assist regulatory and quality professionals with compliance activities.
Important: Our templates and AI-generated reports do not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice. They are reference tools and starting frameworks. Users are responsible for adapting all templates to their specific regulatory context, organizational requirements, and applicable jurisdictions. Consult with qualified legal and regulatory counsel for advice specific to your situation.
AI Gap Analysis Services
Our AI gap analysis service processes documents you submit against regulatory framework criteria and generates a structured assessment report. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated analysis is a starting point for compliance assessment, not a definitive audit finding or regulatory determination
- Results depend on the quality, completeness, and relevance of the documentation you provide
- AI analysis does not guarantee any particular regulatory outcome, audit result, or compliance status
- The AI-generated report has not been reviewed by a human regulatory expert unless you separately engage our consulting services
- You should verify all findings, citations, and remediation recommendations before relying on them for compliance decisions
Documents submitted for AI analysis are processed in real time and discarded immediately after the analysis is complete. No document content is stored on our servers, in logs, or in any database.
License and Usage Rights
Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the templates for internal business purposes within your purchasing organization. This license includes:
- Use across multiple sites, facilities, projects, and audits within your organization
- Modification and customization of templates for your internal needs
- Use by multiple employees within the same purchasing organization
This license does not include:
- Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of templates to any third party
- Sharing templates with individuals or organizations outside the purchasing entity
- Posting templates publicly, including in forums, repositories, or file-sharing platforms
- Using templates to create competing products or derivative commercial offerings
Accuracy and Regulatory Citations
We verify all regulatory citations against current published versions of applicable regulations, guidance documents, and standards at the time of each product release. However, regulations and guidance documents are subject to change. Users should:
- Verify all regulatory citations against current text for their specific use case and jurisdiction
- Monitor regulatory updates that may affect the applicability of template content
- Contact us at if you identify any citation that appears incorrect or superseded
We will issue corrected template versions within 48 hours of confirmed citation errors.
